Here is some of the support we have available to use our Talk - Meet - Resolve and Listen - Decide services.
Your support person
We encourage you to bring your own support person when you use our service. When you use our Talk – Meet – Resolve service, your support person will need to agree and sign the Agreement to use Talk – Meet – Resolve. If you use our Listen – Decide service, information will be provided to you explain the role around support people as part of the hearing.
A support person is different to a representative. If you would like someone to represent you in any of our services, then you will need to provide us with written authority first.
