Learn about our services and the process we follow.


We know that the formal legal process can be challenging so we developed our Talk - Meet - Resolve approach. This is a way that everyone involved can have their say and to engage effectively and help find solutions that reach everyone's goals. We know people want problems solved in a timely manner so we try this approach first.

We use our expertise to provide a service to try to help everyone involved quickly reach an agreement without the need for a formal decision. Most disputes resolve using this process, but we have found sometimes disputes cannot be resolved by agreement. If agreement is not possible using our Talk - Meet - Resolve process, we will appoint an independent person to listen to both sides, learn about the dispute and understand the different perspectives and then make a decision that is binding on the learner and the education provider. We call this process Listen - Decide.
