We provide a free independent service - we don't represent learners or education providers. Instead we use our expertise differently to resolve contractual and financial disputes between domestic tertiary learners and education providers.
The first thing you need to do is to apply to use our service. We'll be in touch once we've accepted your dispute to arrange the Talk - Meet - Resolve stage. If no meeting is held, or agreement is not reached soon afterwards, then the dispute proceeds to Listen – Decide where an independent adjudicator decides the outcome of the dispute after listening to both sides.
